By utilizing a variety of robot types and brands, BluePrint Robotics can load products into varous wrapper types, including continuously moving flow wrapper chain infeed or indexing vacuum sealing wrapper. One or more robots per wrapper can be used to achieve high efficiency and throughput. Through the utilization of our robot types and brands, product can be accepted from bulk processing such as a freezer, cooler, oven or other integrated bulk feeding process.

Pick & Place rates of 140+ per minute can be achieved with a single robot. Two robots achieve wrapper rates of over 280 wraps per minute!

Washdown capability for direct food contact applications, including an easily cleanable vacuum system (CIP available).
